FOOLS THAT PREY ON ELDERLEY AND VULNERABLE
This useless team, got my mother(MAY HER SOUL REST IN PEACE)a policy with them. It was suppouse to be a hospital plan that covers u for everyday you are in hospital, when she tried to process the claim after getting out of hospital, they were just ridiculous in asking for the same paperwork whenever she tried to follow up. I think they were trying to push time, and they eventually pushed enough time, my past on 5 months later with still no payment. When we checked the documantation that ,there was a funeral policy as well. And i really dont have to say much, we have forwarded the claim forms and like the previous time with my Mothers hospital plan they were asking for documents. WHAT DOES A DEATH CERTIFICATE MEAN.. COS THEY ARE THE BIGGEST, INSENSITIVE FOOLS, ******, USELESS....ALL THE BAD WORDS U CAN THINK OFF THATS WHAT THIS SO CALLED FSP IS. This people are sad they prey on the vulneralble, so PLEASE TO EVERYONE WHO KNOWS SOMEONE OR OF SOMEONE WHO HAS POLICIES WITH THIS THINGS... TELL THEM TO CANCEL OR NOT SIGN UP AT ALL
