Fineprint ******** not told to customer
Always a clause or a fineprint that they dont tell you over the phone to give them reason not to accept your claim. Worst insurance ever. Rather save the money in locked account, atleast you will be able to use it for something

29 Nov 2022, 13:12Want to tell me that a new scratch over an old exitsting one counts as an old scratch and cannot be covered eventhough the damage is remarkably worse and they can notice it on the pictures. Scratch and dent cover is not worth it, they tell you they will help you keep your vehicle in good condition but then come with stories. Also expect you to fix every scratch on your car( should there be more than one) with one claim and the total amount of R4000 otherwise it wil not be covered if you want to claim again. Pathetic, i got a quote to fix a bump at the back that was just under 4k alone and metallic paints are expensive and require alot of work, blending etc to make it look good, yet they expect me to do the whole car for that price at once as you do not let you claim for so called other scratches after that

This includes the terms and conditions provided so that you have the full idea of what the policy offers. Existing damages are only covered for the first claim and every claim after that is subjected to the 90 days agreement. Each claim is different as it goes through assessment to make sure that the right thing is done. We do apologise that it wasn’t what you had expected.

30 Nov 2022, 17:24Come on, give me a claims agents email so i can send them the proof that the damage i want to claim for was not pre existing with my first claim. Clearly no one there cares about doing whats right and have flaps over their eyes
