FED UP WITH ****S!!!

To whom it may concern

This is the SECOND time that I have to complain that my debit order is being debited BEFORE the specified date of the 27th of each month.

Today is the 15th and my debit order has been debited???

I would like an IMMEDIATE refund and I want my policy cancelled IMMEDIATELY!!!!
