False promises and late payments

I joined The Unlimited in 2018 and was hospitalized for 4 months (November to March this year) when I called them to claim they asked for a lot of documents and I gave them what they asked for no matter how ridiculous it was they were asking. They ended up paying me last month but the PROBLEM was that when I joined they said if I'm gonna be hospitalized they'll pay R1000 per day for all the days I'm gonna spend in hospital. I spent a total of 133 days and spent Christmas and New year in a hospital bed. But the Unlimited only paid me R25 000 and said that's the maximum amount they pay, even if you can be hospitalized for a year that's the most you're gonna get and they sent me an email of their T&C that state how someone is paid. If you don't have their T&C I strongly recommend you ask for them so that you won't be disappointed and expect something you're not gonna get from them
