False advertising

Good Day

Please note that I took this policy for the 1st time, all ,my premiums are up to date, I clearly see no reason for this decline as I am not claiming brand new lining, but restoration of roof lining, this is my first time claim and it is a valid claim. I want this claim to be reviewed and I expect a swift response, we I took this policy in beginning, I received so much positives from consultant, if I don’t get my lining restored, Please refund all premiums, I will also be taking up with ombudsman
