False adverti*****t

I have been with this "insurance" company for 4 months now. In the beginning they said after every 3 successful debit orders I will get R3000 to user for scratches on my car. After the 3rd successful debit order, i waited for a call or SMS or an email to say/confirm that I now qualify to have scratches on my car fixed. But, dololo call, SMS or email. I wrote an email to the lady who i was communicating with, but she was not interested in what i was saying in my email like she was when she wanted me to join. I was ****** 3 months premium and i want it back. This unlimited company is robbing it's customer's hard earned money promising them things that are not there. I regret the day when i said "Hello" to their consultant.
