Failed Burial Payout

My brother passed away in February 2020 and the company has been refusing to claim out saying we must find Doctors that have been treating my brother even though he was discharged for home care because cancer has advanced. it has been over 7 months since his last visit to the doctor and now that he is deceased the insurer is trying to find ways not to pay. we have attached a medical report that was issued from the hospital to state that they cannot assist him any further. The insurer has gone as far as asking us for a copy of his file from the hospital like ?? how is that possible. I believe that The Unlimited group is a team of con artists and spammers who take advantage of people and take their money with no intention of paying out. My mother must now deal with the loss of a child and a company that is refusing to assist when they promised they would. What a terrible experience and I would not even recommend anyone to look at their offers
