Fail to deliver on time and false advertising
Worst case scenario ever. This company is not delivering their products on time..I always have to call them to get my free airtime on a policy that I have with them..one agent told me that it's not her department for finding information about the issue. I have never missed or made late payments with them but they fail to deliver things on time. I've had it I'm not sure that am I going get a claim from them if they fail to keep promises of a small things like airtime. I am very disappointed in a case they either pay my money back and keep their policies with the I've had it with lies on companies that ***** people up
