Extremly Poor Service
I have joined the unlimited group as a customer since May. The response time that you receive is 3 days to 1 week and you are lucky if you do receive a response, but when the sales staff wants to get new business they do not mind calling you everyday. The contact numbers the company provide for other panel beating companies either does not exist or the phone continuously rings. And when you eventually send a claim that is within the requirements it gets rejected.
