Extremely disappointed in your service

I am very angry , I took up your useless lifestyle policy but one get one free. It was nice when the idea was sold last week Friday I made a booking to go to spur and you claim we must book 24hrs prior can you beat that till date I have not received any communication about my booking and why is that???? This booking was made on the 19th and it’s already the 25th. Secondly I sent an email for you guys to cancel your policy I do not want it anymore and again you advise 24hrs someone will contact me and that was on the 19th aswell and lastly when I took this policy I told your agent to put the debit date on the 1st but to my surprise I wake up and I have been debited. I must say now I know why I have never done business with you just inconvenience one after another.

I want this policy cancelled , I don’t care about the explanation and I want my refund as I specifically asked for this policy to be cancelled and to be debited on the 1st not 25th highly irritated by your useless service. I paid for nonsense, I would never ever do business with you even if you were the last company. You left a very bad taste in my mouth.
