Empty promises, terrible service and unpaid claims!

I joined unlimited in the year 2015, with the hope to have my car fixed all the then existing dents and scratches. The consultant was so kind and patient then (It is now obvious it was all because she wanted me to buy into their ****). So I was promised after four consecutive monthly installments, they will fix all my existing scratches and dents, but to this date in 2018 nothing has ever happened and I have resorted to selling the car voetstoots as I had been really 'fed up' with this company who makes empty promises BUT STILL DEDUCT MONTHLY R130. After four months I made a claim and I was told that I have limited claim of R3000, again I was given addresses of panel beaters where, I was told to go and do quotations myself. Yet initially prior to taking the insurance I was told that i wouldn't need to go they would arrange that I send pics then they will send to the list of panel beaters around my area (closest Pietermaritzburg) as they don't work with Estcourt (where I resided) ones. So that would mean I have to spend my petrol just for quotations...which makes me so angry!! I called the offices several times and no answer or they would promise to call back. Due to the fact that it was being prolonged, I then decided to do as they please; by spending my petrol and taking the car to 3 panel beaters. Those panel beaters were given via email by The Unlimited: some Panel beaters were so reluctant to quote and assist , they said they don't work with The Unlimited anymore because of their poor procurement procedure (they don't pay on time). For those that I suggested at The Unlimited they said they do not work with them. Now I was really frustrated such that I told them to just terminate my insurance contract with them and refund me immediately. I am tired of begging services that I pay for every month, I am not afraid to have witnesses of family and close friends who have had a similar encounter. They all complain that they are useless! The consultant promised me that someone would call me to make it official; since then nothing has happened. I have tried to block them at my bank, ABSA but it only happened once thereafter they used a different reference. So what I demand is that the company cancels my policy and pay me back all my money. They are mere ******!! Instead of following up with my case they still deduct monthly and it has increased from the initial agreement. I also don't receive any communication whatsoever as promised. The recent response I received was the most famous 'copy &paste' : Hi Ms Nkabinde, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We’ve been trying to contact you with feedback on your claim and unfortunately, we’re unable to get through to you. When you are available to talk, please contact us and we will give you a call. If I don't receive a call or any form of immediate response I will ensure that I take further steps with my lawyer. Also I will ensure that with my more than 5000 followers on Social Media they are aware!

Thank you for your response, however I am still not satisfied with the outcomes of your intervention. The consultant that called me says that my request has been rejected because 'this is a monthly' insurance. I have asked her for a compromise and/or compensation from The Unlimited and her response was a mere ' we can only refund one installment as of when the car was sold'. I am entirely disatisfied!!

We have refunded you for the last premium as you have informed us that your vehicle has been sold in September 2018.
