Empty promises and bad service, feels like a ****

I called asking to canel the insurance policy and the consultant I spoke to said that someone would call me back. No one called me back and another debit order has gone off my account. Please reverse all my monies, I never wanted this policy to begin with but was convinced it will be beneficial for me. I have been trying to reverse the funds since January but have not been receiving any help jut promises that someone will call me back and it will be cancelled but my money is being taken, and I'm fed empty promises
