Emergency services what a joke

<p>I had my heli rescue plan for over a year</p> <p>i refered my whole family to this as i got told it was such an amazing plan</p> <p> </p> <p>my dad fell ill in march 2016 on a public holiday (i understand not eveyone works on these days) i called their emergency services so many times that day for an ambulance service as he has 2 different plans with them they had told him that they would cover him for anything (once again a lie)</p> <p>only to get told when i phoned the following day to ask why no one answered that they do not work on public holidays at all or weekends</p> <p>what type of emergency service doesnt work weekends or public holidays when death waits for no one</p> <p>i also had endless problems with them always increasing my premiums for all the little add ons they kept telling me came with the package they gave me to start off with</p> <p>their vouchers they sent also never worked even when they tried to explain how it works and how to use it</p> <p>i could never get a refund for all that money paid for nothing</p> <p>im highly upset that a service provider can do that to someone and think its ok</p> <p>i urge everyone who is considering it to not take out a policy with them they are theives</p> <p> </p> <p>very angry ex clients who still gets called to open a new policy</p>
