Dont know how to treat clients

My husband phoned in to cancel his subscription with them, as we went on a medical aid. <br> they told him that they will cancel but still they took his money every month. on the 2nd of Dec 2015<br> we received a message to say that we need to make sure that there is money in the account because <br> the Debit Order will go off on the 11th of Dec 2015. when I phoned to say but we cancelled it, She was very rude over phone. if that is the way you treat your clients then I am glad we cancelled with you
