DO NOT JOIN the unlimited!! their claiming process is a nightmare
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT JOIN the unlimited. I've never seen such horrible service like this one I received from their consultants, its like you guys don't train your people. I've been trying to claim for the past month and half for the dents and scratches little thing they have but still no success. Their consultants were supposed to send me the link where I can download some APP and claim but nothing still. I've beeeeeeeeeen running after them for a mere link, imagine.
On top of that, they still have the nerve to call and offer me some sim and data deal, I mean with such a horrible service what makes you think people will take your deals. You guys run after people so much when you want them to join your ****ty policies but when its time to claim you make your customers run after you.
Your services is really unacceptable I must say. just go through all the reviews and see, probably one positive review in every 30 reviews lol.
