Dissatisfied

I was interested in an insurance policy by this company and signed up by one of there agents, in less then 7 days I found a better policy by a better insurance provider, the agent that I signed up by told me I could leave the insurance provider whenever I want to and that that's what I did in less then 7 days of signing up. I messaged there IT support email to cancel my account but no response. I messaged the agent that signed me up and tried to cancel but she also lead me to a dead end with no help or customer service ever trying to help me. The agent I spoke to laughed in our conversation as if she knew that I couldn't cancel. The unlimited group are purely money hungry folks with no morals and only see its customers as numbers on there ***** spreadsheet.
