DISSAPOINTED ONCE AGAIN!!
I have sent all the documents to the unlimited and until today no one called me regarding my claim, the deducting my money is very easy but when it comes to claim they hassle. The women I am liaising with is melody of the unlimited. the last email she sent was requesting my ID number and they have it already. what kind of business is this???? they give you all sorts of nice stories just to join them, ive been with them over a year and have claimed twice and what is the hassle now? I am not happy with their service at all. i cant even rate them.
It is people like certain staff members that will bring the company down which are not client orientated.
