Dishonorable Company. Do not deal with them! Joke will be on you
Please Done be ****med by this company. I've been with them for years. First claim I make with tyre damage, they reject my claim due to the fact all 4 tyres was not the same Name brand eg. Dunlop or Firestone. After desputing the claim with this company they now don't sell this policy any more as they had too many issues. Lying about cover you don't offer is disgusting!! I called Navashnie now & she put the phone down in my ear when I asked to get the Ombudsmans details. I phoned back again after a long Hold the guy says she's busy on another call, the minute I asked him to provide me with the Ombudsmans details I get the phone thrown down in my ear. Not a Company You want to trust. I will be taking this further. *****ing, lying & *******ion I've had enough of in SA time to clean out the *******!
