Dishonesty

Hellow Peter please help I wrote a complain agaist The Unlimited insurance company last months about them being dishonest to me as i was their client and nothing has been done they still deducting money in to my account but I satated to them I dont want to continue with their policy and its been over three months now I cancelled the policy with them but they still taking my money
