DISHONESTY AND ****

I have a policy with this company, when I app**** they never asked for any medical records or whatsoever, I have been paying them monthly via debit order for almost 3 years without fail. now my Uncle passed on and they refuse to pay requesting medical records, I had to borrow money as im the only one employed in my family to pay for funeral expenses. this company Is ****ty with *********** staff, I am going through the worst time of my life and all they care is debiting my account and not come to the party..I will go to every coner of this world to let people know what a **** they are. I WANT THEM TO PULL THE TELEPHONE RECORDINGS WHEN THEY WANTED ME TO JOIN AND PUSHING SALES .THEY ARE AS **** DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALLL...****ED UP *********** STAFF
