Disgusting Service, Not paying my claim!!!!

<p>I was promised by the sales person after my 2nd debit order I would be able to claim, I put in a valid claim sent all the damn docs and pics I was harrased to send and then first pay the Panel Shop then complete a claim form, did all that the I was asked to send pics to proof the damaged was fixed like ***! I have been batting with this ****ed up ********** company for more than a month for a R3000 claim to be paid I requested to speak to a manager and found out everyone is managers at this company as this *********** manager drop the line on me, I have been e-mailing and calling Sizwe Mweli, Lerato, Mohamad Deen and Chobeka, yesterday and today I was told my claim wont be paid as I have not paid my Nov installment, ofcause I wont cause Im waiting for my mother****ing claim to pay out as I had to pay out of my pocket and you ****ers take forever to settle my claim but you ****en quick to take your debit order. This claim was logged and confirmed Authorized way before my Nov debit for you people to tell me you not paying me based on that as it seem you never had any intention to pay me at all!!!</p> <p>I ****en had it with this kind of companies robbing people if you listen to your ****en "recorded" call you will hear I said I want this claim pain thereafter Im cancelling this ******* of policy, I current sitting on a call waiting for this Sizwe clearly this most *********** person on the planet, Im holding for more than 40 minutes and all this agent can say is "his still busy" another incopotent agent call Chobeka, Lerato all of a sudden fled the planet!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want MY ****EN MONEY PAID!!!</p> <p>I was sent a sms confirming AUTH for claim today howevereverybody at this company sings a different song!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>****EN *******!!!</p>
