Disgusted with the outcome

I am truly disgusted and disappointed at how my refund has been declined yet there no claims made. Then you want to compare the policy to an Insurance in which with Insurance if you don't pay you don't get cover, did I skip months of payment? Instead you give me issues when I have to claim and that you debit on a date that I did not sign for in the contract, n have the audacity to tell me that it was my responsibility to read terms and conditions in which they were read yet sales person kept on assuring me that I can claim still for all months @ once as a lot of people are doing that waiting for 12month then make the claim. You call me not to solve the problem but to make things worst. This is the worst policy ever that I have dealt with and I don't even know why I gave you the benefit of the doubt and sign up with you again. It's clear that all you do is to cheat people out of their money. And all my money is gone down the drain for no service rendered at all. This has been a nightmare of a policy to have.
