Disgusted!!!
I can not believe the service from this company, after being rashed for taking out a policy with them, then trying to get hold of them to cancel the policy, and only after taking all the money out of my account to make sure their debit order bounced do i get a phone call... bet that got your attention. after lame excuses and many phone calls and two months down the line after having cancelled the policy, at 4:30am in the morning i get a debit order taken off my account from this company. I am absolutely livid. Now its time out of my work day to go to the bank and reverse the debit order.... this is just 1 of the problems I've had with them. Am i the only one??
