Disappointed

I am totally unhappy with this company, I layed a claim with them for my late mother whom passed away on 25 August 2019, of course when you know we've got a funeral cover you call them to let them know about the passing, the lady helped me with what I had to do in order for them to pay out of wish I did all what their asked from me than mailed them back. I was told that their will pay out within 48 hours after the death of a person when I joined,only to find out by them that it's will take 7 working days for them to look at the documents I sent to them of which mind due the funeral is still waiting to happen. Well I waited for that 7 days only to find out the want an outcome of the police for the case which was opened because it's was an accidentally death. Does this mean I should wait for the case to end of which the police has realist the body so we can bury it l, so where should we get the money to bury my mother because I joined this so that they could help me bury my mother, it's now days after the passing, managed to make a loan so the funeral can go ahead as planned but than I was hoping it's will pay out so that I can pay the loan and life carries on. I mean these people must have our best interests at heart. We pay these policy hoping for things to work out in the end, I don't know how the police work but at least they release the body for us to bury because nothing was found in the body which could help with their investigation. After paying out money every month no debt order was missed but still I must stress in order for them to pay out. I'm totally angry and not please with this policy and if I would have to review you guys you don't even deserve 1 star
