Disappointed
I've joined The Unlimited 2022 around August. They have said that after 4 debit orders I can go and claim for scratches and dents and they will pay upto R4000 on a claim . On 2023 March I've done quotes on places they ask me to bring car for quotation. I've sent all quotes, this is what they have said "Hi Nhlonipho Blessing. We're sad to see you leave. Your membership: TU0********-1 was cancelled on 02/03/2023. We hope to welcome you back to The Unlimited Family soon. The Unlimited. FSP ******" All the money that I paid since last year is gone just like that.

13 Mar 2023, 14:04Hi UNhlonipho,
Thank you for taking our call on Friday and for allowing us to take you through the outcome for your claim. Remember, if you dispute 2 consecutive debit order payments for your policy then automatically your benefits become inactive. If there's anything else we can help you with, please pop us a message below and we'll help you.
