Hellopeter....Assist please.I have made numourous claims to this institution in connection to my dent and scratches policy with them.Till today they have failed to assist me.They have repeatedly contacted me claiming they is some or another document missing from my claim.I then send the "missing" documents only for them to keep quiet for another month.What is to be done in this case.
