Dent and scratch cover is useless

The dent and scratch cover is honestly a waste of time. My last claim got rejected because the bumper had a crack in it. Half the bumpers on my car are plastic. You dont get dents on plastic bumpers. You get cracks. I found a shop willing to repair it for under R5000 but then unlimited rejected it due to it being a crack.

I then tried claiming for scratches on the doors and went to visit another workshop. They even told me no one comes for debt and scratch claims because their pricing is too high. The guy told me he can maybe fix 1 scratch and that would be 5-7k because my car is silver they need to spray the whole panel. Honestly if you let us use our own panel beaters we can get much better pricing. All the shops in your list are over charging so actually getting anything fixed is a nightmare. If you lucky you may get 3 extremely light scratches over a year fixed. Not worth the premium. I will be cancelling this until they let you use your own panel beaters that arent just interested in R50000+ work
