Delayed Claim
The Unlimited/Auto Elite always play hide and seek when it is time for a claim. It is my second experience now to have difficulty with what was suppose to be a simple process. On the 06 November 2019 I lodged a claim with (Ref AE165267) today it is the 25 but the claim is not yet finalized. When you call they claim they didn't get the requested pictures, then you forward again but no ones gets back to you until you call again then a new issue.
I believe they can do better but they do this purposefully to delay the claim while their benefiting more.
I previously reported them to the Ombudsman but i think it did not teach them anything i better try again.
