Decline of claim

Good day, I have submitted a claim for my mags that have been damaged by potholes. I have contact The Unlimited and they ask me for foto's and a quote from Tiger Wheels and Tiger for the repairs. Tiger Wheels have gave me a quote to repair the Mags and I have submit fotos and qoute to The Ultimate, replay to me that they will not pay out replacement for the mags, but I claim for repairs as my policy state that I can do.
