debt order

I wrote two emails about the debt order i want it to be cancelled because one their memebers told me that the debt order will be active once i state it to be so. but this month money was taken from my account when i tried to call the line it say number you call it not in the MTN network . In the emails they said we will get back to me within 24 hours it been two days
