DEBITORDER

This company decided to debit my account on a date that I did not nominate resulting in them not honoring their agreement when they have to. I want his policy cancelled and my premiums refunds since you did not stick to the agreement. I spoke to Vanessa Shaw and I did not authorize them to debit my account on the 1st of April 2018. I have lost faith in this company and will not continue with them as they are unreliable. I want my premium refund in full as you broke the agreement, and your debiting my account result in other debitorder to not go through I expect a prompt response with regards to this matter. Stop debiting peoples account without prior consent.
