Debiting money from my account even after cancellation of policy
I cancelled the policy with them and they debited money while the policy is cancelled and I called them and asked to refund me and they said they can't and I asked what is that I'm paying for if I cancelled my policy with them, and they said I will be converted for the next month which I don't understand how do you cover someone who cancelled a policy with them
