Debit orders going off every month but impossible to claim

<p>I signed up with the "Auto Elite" scratch and dent cover last year and my debit orders have been going off every month, but then tried to claim recently firstly through web site, to which I got no response, then had to call the call center, but still waiting for the email they promised to send with the claim procedure. I'm trying to figure out whether this company actually exists?</p>
