Debit order dates

I am fed up. I have a Helli-rescue policy with the Unlimited group. I signed and agreed my debit order date for the 28th of each month....but the take money whenever they want. As my salary gets paid into my account, the Unlimited debit order immediately goes off, whether I'm getting money on the 20th or 25th and even when I just deposit money, they take a debit order. December's debit order went through on the 25th of November...and guess what-January's (2016) debit order went through this morning....on the 11th....I can not believe how unconsidered they are, I still have other debit orders as well that have to go through for December...but the Unlimited already takes money for January. I really don't want a policy with an ************* company.
