Debit Order date and lack of Service Availability

1. The Unlimited sent an SMS notification that my Medical Insurance, Easimed, debit for R280 will run on the 11th of December 2015. It never deducted from my account and then on the 18th of December 2015, once new funds reflected on my account a debit was deducted for the amount of R320. As a result I want to cancel the Medical Insurance most definitely!!

2. This is after I have tried to use the Medical Insurance with my selected Doctors and could not time and time again. Every time I inquired as to why my Doctors were not contacted The Unlimited claimed that I never sent Doctors Details. However, I gave them details twice - telephonic. On the last time I wanted to cancel the Insurance and the company contacted me with another Doctors details. After visiting that Doctor I discovered that the medicine is not covered. Every time i want to cancel they have a different excuse as to why I must not, so I stopped ensuring that there are funds for the debits. I have had enough of this Company and their adverse business dealings. I recommend that any prospective client think twice before having any dealings with this company. I want all my contributions back as well as the latest debit.
