01 May 2021, 09:57 Hi Mbali,
We’d like to start by saying that we were deeply saddened to learn of your mother’s passing. We know that you loved her dearly and we can only imagine who painful it must have been to lose her. We hope that you and your family can accept your deepest condolences. We understand that you’re quite unhappy about the outcome of your claim and we’d like to get in touch with you today to discuss it once more. A manager from our claims department will be contacting you this morning to go over it with you in detail and discuss any further grievances you might have.
