I would like to get help with the unlimited dents and scratches insurance.i have been paying my monthly premiums without failing for 5 years and in march this year was involved in an accident then i called to cancell my cover with them but yhe person i spoke to said theres no need as i will continue paying and cover any car under that insurance.to my suprise when i have to claim feom them they send me from pillar to post,it has been a month now that i dont get help from the. Today someone called me to say i do not have any car covered with them so the question is what have i been paying for since reporting my accident to them and got no clear information from these people plus their app is not working at all.I would like to get all my premiums back from them as they have not been honest with me and kept deducting my money although they had no car insured with them as they say.I am totally disappointed in the unlimited and want nothing to do with them at all.please help
