11 Dec 2025, 08:50I cannot honestly be expected to wait another 24-48 working hours (3 - 6 working days) with all the holidays in this month. In which book is this good customer service?
WHERE IS THE URGENCY TO RECTIFY A MESS UP ON YOUR END!
Come on seriously, DO BETTER, THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE!

12 Dec 2025, 08:21Another day has passed, and this matter remains unresolved. I am still awaiting a call from the manager.
Yesterday, the consultant handling my claim asked me to reply by email. I did so promptly, only to be told after to resend the same email to the manager responsible. Why ask me to respond, and then require me to redirect it myself? Surely, once you received my response, you could have forwarded it internally to your manager. Instead, I am being passed around unnecessarily. This feels like a game. When companies make mistakes, you usually see urgency in correcting them—this reflects their character and ethics. In this case, I have yet to see any urgency.
One thing is clear: the service has been consistently poor.

12 Dec 2025, 11:52I find this situation unacceptable. Despite my efforts to provide all the required information and avoid complications, I have been struggling to lodge a successful claim for months. There has been no consideration for my time, the money I spend on this policy, or the effort I’ve put into submitting the necessary documents.
The process has been obstructive at every step:
Meanwhile, premiums continue to be deducted while I receive no support. This is unacceptable and cannot continue.I expect this matter to be escalated immediately. Please forward this email to the Customer Service Manager and ensure they contact me directly.
The process has been obstructive at every step:
- Calls are dropped by agents.
- Requests to speak with a manager are met with resistance.
- Feedback takes over a week and only arrives if I chase repeatedly.
- Emails I respond to are redirected elsewhere instead of being addressed.
- Mailbox is full.
Meanwhile, premiums continue to be deducted while I receive no support. This is unacceptable and cannot continue.I expect this matter to be escalated immediately. Please forward this email to the Customer Service Manager and ensure they contact me directly.

12 Dec 2025, 16:27Hi, thank you for your response however it is now 16:26 on a Friday, you responded at 11:59. Based on how bad the service has been thus far, priority should have been given here, and I would have been called already. The claim should have not be rejected based on the mail from you guys. BE FAIR AND ETHICAL, COME ON!
Surely this is not classed as good service! Look at the track record, it speaks volumes!

23 Dec 2025, 09:42 Let the record show that on the 12th of December 2025, I was assured I would be contacted within 24 working hours. Today is the 23rd of December 2025, and I have still received no response. This demonstrates a clear lack of urgency or interest in serving customers. There is a consistent track record of making commitments that are not honored. The service I have received from multiple representatives has been nothing short of unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

23 Dec 2025, 09:45Obtaining answers or service from this company requires an unreasonable amount of effort. Every step feels obstructive, and instead of support, customers are forced to chase relentlessly for the most basic assistance. This is not how a service provider should operate.

23 Dec 2025, 10:33 Please review the history of this claim—how many times must I repeat the same issue? Am I expected to communicate in a different language for this to be understood? On the 12th of December 2025, I was assured I would be contacted within 24 working hours. Today is the 23rd of December 2025, and I am still awaiting feedback regarding the outcome of my claim.
Being asked yet again to wait another 24–48 working hours is unacceptable. The track record speaks for itself:
I demand that this matter be escalated immediately. Have the Head of Service contact me directly and provide a fair, ethical resolution.
Being asked yet again to wait another 24–48 working hours is unacceptable. The track record speaks for itself:
- Agent drops the call when I ask for the manager.
- Managers fail to return promised calls.
- I am told I can submit a claim, only for it to be rejected afterward.
- Requests to escalate are met with resistance and delays.

23 Dec 2025, 10:55What exactly does ‘soon’ mean in this context? I have already requested a direct call from the Head of Service, yet this has not been acknowledged or actioned. Vague timelines such as ‘soon’ or ‘within 24–48 working hours’ have repeatedly been used without follow-through. I expect a specific commitment: a confirmed date and time for the Head of Service to contact me directly. Anything less continues the pattern of poor accountability and unacceptable service.
