Continious Debit Orders
<p>I have canceled my Accicover with The Unlimited Group on 26.10.2016 via email. But 2 more installments went off after this and the worst is that they took the end of December's payment in the first week of December without my consent even. I phoned the offices and spoke to a lady, she informed me they never received the cancellation and I cant cancel via email, I must phone ( I prefer to have proof, all my communication is written) if I want to cancel. After a long struggle to get the policy canceled over the phone, she then said its canceled now. I am still not happy as I want my 2 payments back.</p>
