Constant Harassment for details
I am shocked by the unprofessionalism of their telesales team!
I received a call today- the salesman believes I have a car- which I have never owned- when I correct them they get rather upset as I am lying.
The telesales proceeds to ask me for any contacts from my phone who he can call- the number they called me on is a work cellphone- I told him I do not have any personal contacts on this phone. He proceeds to carry on that its his job to call people I can just share one number with him, after 3 or 4 times of saying NO he says he will hold the line while I check. Has this company never heard of the POPIA Act??? I hang up the phone. I received another call from the same gent asking again for referrals. Every day is constant harassment from this company about a car I don't even own!
