**** company hides information and rejects claims stupidly
Company does not disclose their terms and conditions when taking out a policy and when it is time to claim they come with stupid clauses that force you to use service providers that they work with and rob you. I have gotten them a quote that is much cheaper then their ******* service providers that were even telling me they cannot do the work and dont need the work as the damage to my car was not a lot. So even me using my panel beater saving them money they still will reject the claim because its not their service provider giving them cut backs.

Also please refer to ombudsman reference : Reference Id-E74ZZP6M.
This matter has been dragging on unnecessarily and I've explained to Mr Heunis that this is something easily rectifiable but the company does not want to assist clients.
I will await your response as well as the response from the ombudsman.
