Company cannot be trusted - beware of fine print
Everyone be warned. I signed up after some hesitation and as expected they can not be trusted. I paid my premiums on time every month and now that I wanted to claim for the first time they decided to reject the claim on some hidden terms & conditions. When the sales consultants phone you they tell you this lovely story on how they cover everything - this story is much different from what the claims department will tell you once you submit a claim. Get a lawyers to go over the fine print with you before you sign up with one of these insurance companies.
A final note - this was for a small R2000 claim.
