claims unpaid

I joined the unlimited with false promises. My husband passed away in June 2018 and since I have been trying to get my claim resolved by the unlimited. These a suppose to be funeral covers to assist you instead you have to spend so much time and money getting what is rightfully yours from the unlimited. Firstly they take weeks to response when you follow up you are then advised of another loophole they try and create. I have been sent back and forth having to get doctors and hospital reports for them even though I advised them that my hubbys death was sudden without any notice. He was rushed to ER they tried to resus him but no luck. They insisted that I must get hospital reports of him being at the hospital prior to his death which he never was. After getting them the reports of the incident I now am still waiting on just a response as to where my claim is now and still no one responds. I am dealing with a Kerusha and Tirishna which is the most unproffessional lady you can find and cold hearted. I just want people to know that I would never recommend the unlimited especially if you are going to rely on this money to bury a loved one you will be ever sorry.
