Claims being delayed, promises broken, being **** to, yes they happily take my money every time
Submitted a vehicle interior claim over a month ago. Spend hours on phone to their call center, the first claim was not received, 3 weeks later eventually it was, now apparently trying to get a quote? WHY do you not communicate with me? Your promises that I will be called back before the end of the day is a LIE LIE LIE EVERY TIME!
