Claims
Hello Peter itt is now more then a year that we are waiting for our claim on both our cars. We have been sending pictures of our vechiles and even the manager Melody gives us empty promises. Everytime time we must phone them to find out what's happening because they never come back to us. They deal is you get R12000 a year for small paint chips paint defects and minor defects on rims. Please help. Thank you

08 Dec 2020, 07:33We have been paid for a year and we were told after 3mths payment we can claim but nothing happened when we send our claims in and they want give us terms and conditions why didnt they give when handed in our claim. They also said you can end the insurance any time. Im taking them to court and im going to put on social media.
