Claim taking to long to be processed
I sent a scratch and dent claim to unlimited on the 24th of August until now my claim hasn’t been finalised and according to their policy it takes 72hours for a claim to be processed. I am not happy with the service and turnaround time to respond to my emails is taking longer .
