Claim repudiated once more by The Unlimited
I submitted a claim on 7th October 2020. I haven't claimed in about 5 years as they repudiated two previous attempts over the years . To date I have not had an official response back from them in writing pertaining to the latest claim. When I called to query why I had not heard back from them, I was told by a junior employee that my claim had been repudiated once more due to the interior scratches been more than 155mm "wide " ???. How is this even possible that any scratch can be that long or wide. I asked that the supervisor or assessor who did the repudiation please call me but i have been totally ignored. Not happy at all with the treatment I have received and I only see negative reviews on The Unlimited.
