Claim Rejection
On the 21 January 2019 my claim was rejected by The Unlimited Auto Elite because the was striping and Assembling involved on the Quotation for fixing and respraying a dent on my car.
Worst of all on the 31 May 2018 my car was fixed by the same panel beater and striping and assembling was included and the claim was done with no issues. How do you expect a rare bumper to be resprayed without removing it from the Car? My claim was also within the R3000 limit given. The company also claims that my car had rust on my rare bumper.. How can a car have rust on a plastic bumper?
I think the company is trying by all means not the pay.
The Company has the most *********** staff especially Melody Symons who i believe is a Team Leader/Manager, She since promised to get back to me and not even a courtesy call from her or her Manager .
