Claim Rejected

On the 12 February my claim was rejected by The Unlimited Auto Elite because there is stripping and assembling involved on the quotation for fixing and spraying a chip on the bonnet of my car.

Worst of all my quote was sent through to them on the 5th February however I had to call them to get the outcome of the quote. In order for the damage to be fixed the bonnet would need to be removed. The quote that was sent to them was for the amount the claim is for and the strip and assemble is included in the quote. This is within the R3000 limit given.

This is extremely frustrating as I have to do the calling all the time. They are very quick to debit your account before the time but when a claim is submitted they immediately reject it and no contact is evens made.

I truly think they are not wanting to pay out claims. I have referred many people to the company but definitely disappointed in the service that I have received and will not be referring anyone again.
