Claim refusal joke!
Absolutely disgusting! My late mother was a loyal paying client for quite some time. Just recently tragedy struck and she passed away. The claims process is an absolute joke. I feel that something like a death benefit policy should have a beneficiary as a standard but not with The Unlimited. I think its important to mention these things to clients before selling the policy. I tried to claim and was given such a run around. They require a letter of authority which in South Africa is extremely difficult to obtain. In order to get that I need divorce decrees etc. Almost impossible to obtain because the divorce was settled in the 80's. I feel that it was easy for them to take her money but now when its time to pay they refuse. Its a laugh. For that low amount of money it should be made simpler. We have funeral expenses to cover and in this time of need they refuse. I will be going to every possible media outlet to expose these white collar *********. South africa needs to know that The Unlimited is not what they seem. I am going to make it my life's mission to expose these "fine print" issues. The world needs to know.

Please may you try again to obtain it. We will be reaching out to you early next week to see if you've made any progress on it and how we can assist you further.
